ASM has opened its new office building in Singapore, the ASM Tech-Park Building 2, and the ASM Innovation Center on January 17, 2017.
This grand opening is one of ASM’s major milestones, which is expected to bring more synergy and collaboration of Back-end business units and SMT Solutions business unit in one location. Now, ASM has consolidated operations and activities into two buildings, enabling the company to showcase its products and technologies in one location.
In conjunction with new office grand opening, ASM launched its first Innovation Center in Asia. The ASM Innovation Center will feature ASM experts who will be showcasing and demonstrating the latest ASM Technologies and solutions from Back-end semiconductor equipment to SMT placement gearing towards Smart Factory and Industry 4.0. There will be extensive in-house seminars, workshops and various events for customers in order to share ASM’s know-house in the industry.
