Absolute EMS Purchases First Vision MARK-1 from Insituware

Insituware LLC, the provider of the first smart in situ measurement solution with integrated machine learning technology, announces that Absolute EMS, a leading provider of turnkey and consignment manufacturing services based out of Santa Clara, CA, has purchased the first Vision MARK-1.
Absolute EMS will take control of the materials in their facility with Insituware’s Vision MARK-1 hand-held diagnostic tool. The Vision product family uses machine learning technology to bring material control solutions right in your hand.
The Vision product family is built to last with expandable modules called ‘Insights’ for a futureproof design, continuously expanding functionality. The first Insight module will allow full monitoring and control of solder paste. This innovative tool will enable rapid, real-time inspection, diagnostics, and process control capabilities.
“We are very excited to be the first customer of Insituware to purchase the Vision MARK-1,” commented Doug Dow, COO of Absolute EMS. “With this tool, we will be able to offer our clients the ability to ensure and document that their boards have been manufactured with complete control of the materials. This will be a first in this industry and Absolute EMS is proud to be the first to use this advanced technology which guarantees our customers the highest reliability available today.”
The sale was facilitated by Techsystems’ Christopher Putney, who is Insituware’s rep for Northern California and Western Nevada (Reno, Carson City, and Minden).
Absolute EMS specializes in medical board layout and design and can turn your design description into a workable prototype. The company provides manufacturing services to OEs and medical engineering firms that need the highest levels of product quality and traceability in component certification.
