In addition to the virtual line demonstration, IPC CFX team members will be there to discuss the history and future of IPC-2591, the industry standard that guides CFX, as well as how to implement it in your equipment and factory lines for plug-and-play machine-to-machine communication and to enable your company for Industry 4.0.
Koh Young pioneered True3D™ measurement technology 20-years ago to create a zero-defect future. This gave rise to its KSMART process control software suite and its continuous efforts to leverage data and M2M connectivity. Using Artificial Intelligence to help automate process controls, KSMART focuses on data management, analysis, and optimization to boost productivity, improve quality, and minimize costs.
“Combined with IPC communication standards, we are opening the gates to a smart factory,” commented Ivan Aduna, MES Software Developer at Koh Young America. “These tools collect data from across the factory for defect detection, real-time optimization, enhanced decisions, and traceability to improve metrics, increase quality, and lower costs.” Complementing the IPC standards, Koh Young KSMART uses the latest AI-powered technology to help manufacturers realize a smart factory.” The Koh Young AI Platform applies real-time data to improve the production process by converting data into information and ultimately into process knowledge.
