AQS, Inc. Ramps up X-ray Capabilities with SEC

AQS, Inc., a state-of-the-art EMS provider located in Silicon Valley, is pleased to announce that it has purchased an X-eye 5000N- 2D X-ray from SEC. The easy-to-use system is ideal for non-destructive analysis of semiconductor, SMT and electronic components.
The X-eye 5000N Series features a 100kV-130kV micro-focus closed-loop tube and high-definition flat panel detector. The system will be installed at AQS’ Dallas facility. Bruce Lee, VP of Operations, stated: "We're excited to announce this acquisition. Our mission is to provide our customers a one-stop solution for all of their needs in high quality electronics manufacturing and engineering services so that they can thrive in any dynamic competitive environment."
SEC is a leading inspection equipment provider, providing industrial X-ray inspection systems and Scanning Electron Microscopes. Established in 1991, with almost 30 years of technical know-how, SEC is continuously developing the backbone of e-beam inspection equipment in Korea.
