Koh Young Repeats as Service Excellence Award Winners

Koh Young, the industry leader in True 3D measurement-based inspection solutions, repeated and won the Service Excellence Award on 02 November 2022 at SMTA International in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Now in its 30th year, the award recognizes the industry’s best companies who stay dedicated to excelling at customer service. What’s more, it is the only industry award that uses direct customer feedback to judge its winners.
Customers were surveyed to determine their satisfaction level across multiple categories, including:
- Dependability and Timely Delivery
- Manufacturing Quality
- Responsiveness to Requests and Changes
- Technology
- Flexibility
- Value for the Price
- Overall Satisfaction
After tabulating and ranking the responses, customers ranked Koh Young as best-in-class in every category.
“When we won this award from Circuits Assembly, I knew our customers would judge us as the best, because I know my team is top-notch. I know the team is the best in the industry, and now we have more proof,” commented Mr. Danny Han, Support Desk Manager and founding member of Koh Young America. “Last year marked our first entry in the program and we won. We entered and won AGAIN! I am proud our team won this prestigious award two years in a row,” cheered Mr. Han.
Manufacturers decide the Service Excellence award winners, so this award is incredibly special to Koh Young America. “Who better to judge our abilities than customers,” said Enrique Hernandez, Koh Young Service Manager for Mexico. “Our customers inspire us to deliver the highest level of customer service, which helps us improve operations and create new ways to be there for our customers,” concluded Mr. Hernandez.
There are few elements more important than equipment performance in a manufacturing environment.
