Libra Industries Promotes McMaster to Manager of Program Management at Dallas Facility

Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services provider, is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel McMaster to Manager of Program Management at its Dallas facility.

In addition to maintaining a portfolio of customers, McMaster will be taking over the management of the program management team and his new responsibilities will focus on inventory management, margin improvement, pricing and customer satisfaction. He will continue to report to Steve Schwaebler, Libra Industries’ VP of Operations.

McMaster holds an Associate’s Degree in Science from Eastfield College located in Mesquite, Texas. He brings to his new role more than 12 years of industry experience and has an excellent reputation for customer service.

With standards committees set to release the first of four new test standards, industry experts discussed the process ionic contamination test (PICT) standard, which was recently approved by the IEC for publication. Roundtable participants included Teresa Rowe, senior director of assembly and standards technology at IPC, Graham Naisbitt, chairman and CEO of Gen3, Jason Keeping, corporate process development at Celestica, and Doug Pauls, principal materials and process engineer at Collins Aerospace.
