He will primarily oversee the growth and development of the MicroCare electronics and sticklers business platforms but will also support the MicroCare Precision Cleaning Fluids and MicroCare Medical products on an as needed basis.

Pollano joins MicroCare after spending 12 years as a territory manager with Techni-Tool. Prior to that, he served as Traffic Analyst at Flextronics in Guadalajara. "I'm excited to join the MicroCare team," Pollano said. "The market in Mexico is large, diverse and growing rapidly, and I'm looking forward to serving those companies with our line of MicroCare and Sticklers products."

"With Ernesto's experience and knowledge of the Mexican market, companies across the country will have full access to the trusted MicroCare expertise and our line of innovative, reliable cleaning products," said Dan Sinclair, national sales manager for MicroCare.

Pollano graduated from Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara with a degree in International Business Management. He will continue to live and work in Mexico, supporting the MicroCare and Sticklers customers from his offices there.

Pollano is married, with two daughters. Outside the office, he enjoys playing with his children, watching soccer, and reading about world history.

Pollano will have the opportunity to meet directly with customers at the SMTA Expo and Tech Forum in Guadalajara, Mexico on November 14-15, Booth 43. He will be there, along with other MicroCare experts, to share his electronics and fiber optic critical cleaning expertise.
