AIM Solder, a leading global manufacturer of solder assembly materials for the electronics industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Oscar Hernandez to the position of Sales Manager for the Queretaro and Bajio regions of Mexico.
With an MBA, Oscar brings eight years of experience managing accounts in the electronic and industrial markets to AIM. He has an extensive background acting as a liaison between consumers, corporations and distribution channels. Oscar possesses an in-depth understanding of sales and customer satisfaction, and has a proven history of fostering and maintaining key corporate relationships.

Caleb Townsend is the co-founder of Factur, a new kind of recruiting agency that specializes in filling marketing and sales positions.
