Creative Materials Introduces New Gold Conductive Ink, Coating and Adhesive

Reading time ( words)

Creative Materials, Inc. has introduced a new economical gold conductive ink, coating and adhesive. CMI’s 128-24 maximizes the effectiveness of the gold in order to establish conductivity with the least amount of gold possible. This product features excellent adhesion to Polyimide, polyester, glass and other smooth high-energy surfaces. Unlike typical gold inks, 128-24 offers high coverage and low cost. Some applications include, but are not limited to, working electrodes, transdermal drug delivery, electrochemical sensors, tens electrodes and muscle stimulation devices. 128-24 is also useful for printing non-oxidizing gold electrodes when smooth surfaces or fine features are not required.

Creative Materials designs, develops, and custom manufactures specialty electronic inks and adhesives. The company holds both ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications.  All products are manufactured in the USA.

High-reliability, Low-temperature Solder Alloys

05/18/2020 | Dr. Pritha Choudhury, MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions
Increased digitalization and greater connectivity have been driving miniaturization and more complex and integrated designs in electronics. As the real estate on PCBs shrinks, so does the size of packages. However, the drive for finding design solutions for increased performance has continued to expand. The solder joint is an essential part of assemblies for electronic devices as it provides electrical, thermal, and mechanical connections. Therefore, soldering materials have been evolving to enable such a technological revolution.
