Manncorp has upgraded to a modernized 35,000 sq. ft. facility in Hatboro, PA. The new headquarters sits on 4-acres of land, allowing for the possibility of expansion and providing Manncorp with the room to continue innovating, growing, and providing the best products and services possible.

With the increased space, Manncorp is now housing an in-house video and photo production area, separate customer service, marketing, and IT departments, a company gym, and is fully equipped with a brand-new demo center for their array of machines. Customers are welcome to visit Manncorp’s state-of-the-art facility and view their high-quality equipment in action.

Visitors can be assured that they will be in safe hands when visiting; hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks can be found at each entrance. Additional handwashing stations are located throughout the building and personnel wear masks and practice social distancing while navigating the facility.

Guided by an experienced team member, customers can witness a live demonstration of set-up, programming, and product runs on a full Manncorp line.

The smart factory is starting to become a reality, as part of the overarching Industry 4.0 paradigm. With the technology enablers, such as industrial IoT (IIoT) and cloud computing, electronics manufacturing operational technology (OT) are on a converging course with traditional information technology (IT). Beyond the challenges of data acquisition and transformation, the true “proof in the pudding” is in the quick ROI from advanced analytics. We will share examples of successful, profitable implementation of applied machine learning (ML) in the electronics manufacturing line, where measurement science meets data science.
