MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions to Feature High Reliability Solutions at SMTA Forum

The Assembly Division of MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a world leader in the production of electronics soldering and bonding materials, will exhibit at the SMTA Space Coast Expo & Tech Forum on Thursday, October 7th at the Melbourne Auditorium in Melbourne, Florida.

MacDermid Alpha will feature ALPHA CVP-390V and Kester NP505-HR solder pastes with the industry leading high reliability Innolot alloy. “Innolot was specifically designed to address the complex requirements of harsh environment applications such as automotive, military and aerospace”, said Scott Lewin, Regional Marketing Manager. “This industry-tested and proven alloy meets these challenges and provides best in class performance in extreme operating temperatures, vibration and challenging environmental conditions.”

Other technologies to be promoted are Alpha and Kester’s low temperature solder pastes and the ALPHA HiTech portfolio of adhesive, underfill, and edgebond solutions.
