How clean is your printed circuit board? Let's explore some options to better understand and navigate the board cleaning process. East West Manufacturing is hosting the SMTA Carolinas Chapter in-person meeting on Wednesday, 28 September 2022 just outside Charlotte at 1133 North Main Street in Mooresville, North Carolina.
Besides a FREE dinner sponsored by Koh Young, the event includes two presentations offering different solutions to board cleaning. The presentations will focus on alternatives to water wash for PCB cleaning, including alternatives to water wash PCB cleaning by Vince Libercci from Microcare and plasma cleaning options by Brian Stumm from ANDA Technologies. A short question and answer session will follow each 30-minute presentation.
The doors will open at 6:00pm EST with presentations beginning at 6:30pm and conclude by 8:00pm EST. Everyone planning to attend must register to receive entry to the meeting event for the free dinner from Big Tiny’s BBQ. You will be able to reserve your spot by visiting the SMTA site SMTA.org. The event is free to SMTA Members and only $20 for non-members.

About the Presenters:
Vince Libercci is the MicroCare Commercial Sales Manager for Electronics. Although he started at MicroCare in 2018, he’s been in the industry for decades. He started out at Newark Electronics where he worked for eleven years as a Branch Manager and a Sr. Branch Manager. He then moved to Techni-Tool where he spent 19 years as a Territory and Corporate Account Manager in the National Capital Region of Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. Today, Vince is helping our MicroCare customers solve their critical cleaning problems with a combination of innovative products and his well-honed sales expertise.
Brian Stumm is the Business Manager at ANDA Technologies. He has been actively involved in factory automation solutions for the printed circuit assembly industry since 1997. Primary area of experience relates to fluid dispensing, selective conformal coating, conveying as well as thermal and UV curing. In his free time, he is an avid angler, sailor, and gardener.
