NexLogic Technologies Open House Showcases Larger Facility

SAN JOSE, CA — Over 100 customers came to NexLogic Technologies’ open house in April 2010. Marking its 15th successful year in business, the PCB design and assembly house moved to a much larger headquarters, more than doubling its manufacturing floor to provide its customers even more capability. Today, the company has four SMT lines: two for prototype jobs and two for production.

NexLogic started in 1995 in San Jose, CA with a 3,000 square foot facility and two employees. The assembler now has over 70 employees and an office/manufacturing building totaling 33,000 square feet. In addition to greater manufacturing area, NexLogic added newer, advanced assembly equipment including ICT test; first article inspection equipment; and AOI and advanced X-ray systems with a variety of viewing angles and high magnification that capture even the most elusive microBGA, QFN, or CSP defects. NexLogic has industry credentials, qualifications, and certifications including RoHS compliance and lead-free design and assembly; ITAR capabilities, and ISO:9000 certification. The company is in the process for ISO 13485 certification to best serve medical electronics customers.
