Partnership Targets ESD Management
April 8, 2009 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
GLOUCESTER, MA and SUNNYVALE, CA Dangelmayer Associates and SIMCO Electronics formed a collaborative alliance to better address the issues of electrostatic discharge (ESD) management throughout the product lifecycle from design to customer acceptance.
To address the threat that ESD poses to electronic components, assemblies, and products, the Dangelmayer/SIMCO collaboration provides customers and clients with ESD program benchmarking, ESD program design, ESD program assessment, problem identification, materials selection consulting, advanced training, ESD product research and development, and ongoing asset testing and compliance verification audits using ANSI/ESD S20-20 guidelines.
Dangelmayer's consultancy will be integrated with SIMCO Electronics' asset testing, data management and compliance verification expertise. Ted Dangelmayer, president of Dangelmayer Associates, authored the book, ESD Program Management. The consulting firm will provide front- and back-end evaluation, design, and implementation of enterprise ESD programs.
