Cleaning Equipment, Products Test Compatible
June 27, 2008 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
MANASSAS, Va. Austin American Technology Corporation (AAT) and ZESTRON America completed extended compatibility experiments for cleaning equipment and products. Testing was conducted with most current PCB defluxing inline and batch equipments as well as with stencil cleaning machines, and at various concentrations and temperatures.
The experimental results show excellent compatibility between all wetted parts in direct contact with VIGON and ATRON cleaning agents. Customers in the process of selecting a cleaning application involving the most challenging fluxes, solder pastes, and adhesives can use this data as the basis for compatible cleaning process solutions, said Steve Stach, president and owner, AAT.
Copies of the equipment compatibility report are available from infousa@zestron.com and sstach@aat-corp.com.
