Lab Management Provider Opens

AUBURN, Mass. Labman One, LLC began business as a contract service company dedicated to improving the efficiency and productivity of high-tech laboratories. It aims to assist in laboratory management for small companies in advanced technology fields, managing debug and repair services, and reportedly adding to productivity and efficiency.In a time-sharing format, professional lab managers are available in-house for the amount of time that the company requires, allowing their engineers and engineering managers to focus on primary tasks, according to Labman One. Flexible service plans range from total lab management to a few hours of repair service, or weekly preventive maintenance.Labman One, LLC is owned and operated by James Loach, who boasts more than 15 years of experience in managing instrumentation, manufacturing, and hardware engineering labs. He served for nine years in the U.S. Navy submarine service as a chief reactor operator, and has managed an instrumentation shop for an air separation facility consisting of over 300 pieces of metering and test equipment. Loach holds bachelor of science degrees in sociology from Excelsior College and electronic engineering technology from University of Massachuesetts, Lowell.
