Manncorp Intros Small-footprint Reflow
November 2, 2007 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
SAN DIEGO, Calif. and WILLOW GROVE, Pa. Manncorp released a lead-free reflow oven, CR5000F, that boasts 2030% smaller footprint than comparable machines and ±1°C accuracy in its five upper and lower zones.
The system is 10 feet long, includes three thermocouple inputs, and uses a 570-mm stainless-steel mesh belt and pin-type conveyor. Width is adjustable from 40 to 450 mm. It runs on Microsoft-based software. High accuracy and thermocouple-control over temperature enables lead-free processing, according to the company.
The CR series is also available in 6-, 8-, and 10-zone models. For more information, visit www.manncorp.com.
