BPM Debuts Lead-free Programming Sockets

HOUSTON, Texas BPM Microsystems released high-performance lead-free BGA sockets, designed for 0.8-mm-pitch BGAs with up to 169 pins.
Rated for 50,000 insertions, the sockets target device programming on universal and next-generation Flashstream programming hardware from BPM. Socket modules and cards will be displayed and discussed at Productronica, November 1316 in Munich, Germany, Booth A4.380.
