Bench-top Dispensing Robots
September 5, 2007 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
FAIR LAWN, N.J. The I&J 4000-LF is designed to perform a maximum number of bench-top dispensing applications, including form-in-place gaskets, potting, and filling. It is equipped with easy programming utilities.
The dispensing system is programmed with a teach-pendant using step-by-step walkthrough software. They support up to 100 programs at 4,000 position points for each program. The software tip-alignment routine and the step-and-repeat function for identical objects are said to make room for further programming. Features such as a 20-µm resolution and a 10-kg worktable load reportedly increase the range of applications served.
