Digi-Key Distributes Johanson Capacitors

THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. and SYLMAR, Calif. Digi-Key Corporation will globally distribute ceramic chip capacitors from Johanson Dielectrics, Inc., under an agreement signed by both companies. Johanson offers standard and high-voltage SMT capacitors, X2Y decoupling and filtering capacitors, and various standard and custom related products.
Digi-Key will carry a range of capacitance ratings, case sizes, and voltage ratings in its print and online catalogs. Johanson expects to expand sales of HVS, X2Y, and high-capacitance products through the distribution agreement, said Tom Blaskovich, vice president of sales, Johanson. The company manufactures components at its Sylmar facility and a Guangdong, China, location.
