Celestica Confirms CFO
June 19, 2007 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
TORONTO Celestica, Inc., officially appointed Paul Nicoletti its executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Nicoletti has been acting CFO since March, and has been with the company since its inception.
Celestica conducted a review of internal and external candidates, and chose acting CFO Nicoletti to remain in the position, said Craig Muhlhauser, CEO. Nicoletti accepted the post in March when current CFO Tony Puppi retired. To learn more about this story, see Celestica Names Interim CFO. Nicoletti possesses knowledge of the company and EMS industry, as well as financial experience, necessary to "turn Celestica around" and provide customers and shareholders with value, added Muhlhauser.
Nicoletti previously served as senior vice president of finance, responsible for Celestica's global financial operations, segment financial reporting, strategic pricing, and tax items. He holds a bachelors from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
