Celestica Changes Continue

TORONTO, ON Celestica, Inc., named Tony Rakoczy vice president of global commodity management, effective immediately. Based in Hong Kong, Rakoczy will manage a global commodity structure to offer customers competitive materials pricing, terms, and lead times for lowest total cost-of-ownership.
Rakoczy will deploy and drive a supplier-consolidation strategy and supplier-managed inventory program to support mega-sites within the Celestica organization. Other duties include direct and indirect procurements, overseeing the company's LiveShare supplier-collaboration tool over the operating network, global aggregation and enterprise leverage, and expanding Vertical Business Solution partnerships.
Prior to joining Celestica, Rakoczy managed greater-Asia regional procurement for Eastman Kodak Company in Shanghai, China. He has held supply-chain and purchasing roles with ITT Industries and Mattel Toys.
