Test Supplier Presents at BiTS

VANCOUVER, Wash. and MESA, Ariz. Steven B. Strauss, VP of engineering at Antares Advanced Test Technologies, spoke at the opening dinner of the eighth annual Burn-in and Test Socket Workshop (BiTS) March 1114 in Mesa. The test supply company will also present four papers at the conference.
Strauss addressed attendees at the opening dinner with "From the Frying Pan into the Fire; Working on Both Sides of the Tooling Supply Chain." Antares will also present "Elastomeric Interconnects Reliable Enough for Production Test?," with Phoenix Test Arrays; a paper covering socket signal integrity and the impact on ICs and boards; "Minimizing Socket and Board Inductance Using a Novel Decoupling Interposer;" and "The Importance of the Mechanical Interface in Final Test Efficiency."
