SMTA Extends Abstract Deadline

BOXBOROUGH, Mass. The Successful Lead-free RoHS Strategies conference, hosted by the SMTA, June 2021 in Boxborough, has extended its deadline for speaker abstracts to February 9th.
Speakers are invited to present on user experiences with lead-free; legislative updates; backward compatibility; copper erosion; case studies with lead-free, high-reliability applications; reballing BGAs and CSPs; assembly and rework processes; and other related topics. Those interested can submit an abstract at SMTA Boston's Website. Abstracts of 200300 words can also be submitted to conference coordinator Melissa Serres, accompanied by your name, company, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, and presentation title.
