EVS International Expands
November 13, 2006 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
ISLE OF WIGHT, U.K. EVS International moved to a new facility located in the Porchfield Business Park, Porchfield, Newport, Isle of Wight.
The office, warehouse, and workshop will support the company's global roadmap for environmental solder-recovery products. The facility triples capacity and centralizes operations, which were previously in three separate locations. The additional capacity will be used to increase support and storage, and organize services more efficiently.
EVS's facility will promote growth in environment awareness and cost reduction, according to Simon Norman, vice president of international marketing, adding that an efficient international distribution network that operates from a centralized location will generate positive relations in the industry.
