Reflow System Controls Temperatures

NORTH BILLERICA, Mass. BTU International, Inc. created the Pyramax 125 Air reflow system, which features forced impingement technology, 24" process capability, and operating temperatures which reach 350°C for a range of electronics manufacturing applications, notably lead-free.
The configurable Pyramax 125 platform adapts to technological adjustments or process requirements. The system reportedly provides ergonomic access to all maintenance points.
Closed-loop convection control provides continuous monitoring and reports on heating and cooling rates to maintain a tight process window. The machine provides control of thermal processing variables to operate efficiently.
