Kester Finalizes EasySpheres Agreement
September 11, 2006 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
DES PLAINES, Ill. Kester and EasySpheres have finalized a marketing and distribution agreement for Ultra-Spheres and TSF interconnect fluxes. Kester products will be inventoried and sold through the distributor.
EasySpheres ships small-lot quantities of solder spheres from quantities of 10,000 or up to 1 million, depending on demand. The company maintains a Website for customers and other distribution partners. Kester's product lines, engineered to resist surface darkening induced by transit tumbling or ball-placement equipment, counteract false error readings of missing balls during inspection, and support the high-yield ball-attach process.
