Micro-air Dispensers Enable Accuracy and Repeatability
May 30, 2006 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
GARDEN GROVE, Calif. — The DX-200 digital dispenser/controller from OK International offers an operating pressure of 0–100 psi for general dispensing applications, while the DX-215 operates at 0–15 psi for low-viscosity fluids.
Part of the DX-200 Series, both dispenser/controllers deposit surface mount solder pastes and adhesives, as well as semiconductor underfill. Developed for manufacturing environments requiring accuracy and repeatability, each unit operates from a 24-V DC supply and features a timer range of 0.008 to 99.99 sec. The series features a digital timer and adjustable vacuum to control drips between dispense cycles. A compact housing is said to conserve workspace, and can be moved between work sites. The CE-certified dispensers are equipped with a power adapter, air hose, sample tips, barrel, syringe adapter, and syringe stand.
