New RoHS Packing Slip Aids Compliant Parts Tracking
March 10, 2006 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
CHICAGO — Newark InOne's new packing slip is designed to help customers track and segregate RoHS-compliant parts within their company's inventory systems. The packing slip indicates the RoHS status of each part, as well as the manufacturer part number, manufacturer name, country of origin, and English description.
Self-adhesive bin labels for each item are also incorporated in a perforated section of the packing list. Each bin label is printed with the manufacturer part number, customer part number (if available), part description, RoHS status, and the Newark InOne SKU number (text and barcode).
