Speedline Updates Screen Printer Software
March 9, 2006 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
FRANKLIN, Mass. — Speedline Technologies has upgraded its Benchmark Operating Software to version 1.6 for the MPM Accela printer, providing new options and enhanced functionality.
New options include Grid-Lok tooling, a board support option, within the hardware and software. StencilVision, a bridge prevention tool, is now a standalone option for Accela printers that are in-line with paste AOI systems. An upstream bar code reader enables bar code capture on either the top or bottom side of the substrate, and stores these numbers with SPC data. A temperature and humidity sensor option captures and displays data, storing it in the SPC file for further analysis. The newly enhanced RheoPump option allows quick change from pump to blades, and vice versa. Broadened fiducial recognition capability, further integrated online help, and an increased number of user wizards and templates round out version 1.6.
