Valor Computerized Systems Names New President
February 8, 2006 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
ANAHEIM, Calif. — Valor Computerized Systems (VCR) has appointed Ori Braun as its new president, and he will be based at Valor's U.S. headquarters in Foothill Ranch, Calif. He comes to Valor from medical electronics company Life Watch, Inc., where he also served as president.
Prior to LifeWatch, Braun held various CEO and management positions, and founded Helios Software Engineering Ltd. (simulation products), which he sold to Cadence Design Systems in 1990. He later served as director of the Cadence Analysis Group.
Braun is taking over for Chuck Feingold, Valor Inc.'s founder and president, who will now serve on Valor's Board of Directors. "We are very pleased to welcome Ori to the Valor management team. His entrepreneurial flair and proven track record in successfully growing companies is outstanding — and will be a tremendous asset to our U.S. organization," comments Feingold. "His appointment will enable me to focus my efforts at Board-level on the expansion of the company at the global level."
