New Stand-alone Depaneling System Available
January 16, 2006 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
VIRKKALA, Finland — Cencorp Corp.'s Cencorp 1000 SR stand-alone depaneling system is a high-precision, modular, and ergonomic solution for electronics manufacturing. The system can be fitted with linear encoders for high-accuracy applications, and the router or saw-cutting devices accommodate V-scored or pre-routed panel designs.
Upgrade to dual pallets makes it possible to achieve capacity equal to inline systems. For high-product-mix environments, tooling changes have been made easy and straightforward, and the system has automatic fixture validation as an option. In off-line solutions, overall productivity is directly connected to the capacity of the operator, facilitating use of the router. A load/unload station presents the product at an ergonomic, 45° angle, reducing operator fatigue and physical stress. Other features include conductive start switches, automatic sliding doors, noise suppression, and a touch-screen user interface.
