TSS Technologies to Open International Facility
January 4, 2006 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
CINCINNATI — TSS Technologies, a manufactured products and equipment supplier serving the aerospace, automotive, medical, automation, and aviation power and marine industries, will open an international facility in Xiamen, China.
"The decision to open the new facility was primarily driven by the number of existing American manufacturers in the Xiamen region. By establishing an Asian presence, we will be better-suited to service our global customers who are already in the area," states Brent Nichols, TSS's president and CEO.
The satellite facility in Xiamen will encompass 24,000 sq. ft., and aims to double the number of employees by the end of 2006. The new location will focus on providing quality products to the medical and capital equipment clients with design and assembly capabilities.
