IRVING, TX Elcoteq Network Corporation appointed Mitchell Schoch to vice president sales and marketing, Elcoteq Americas. Schoch's appointment is part of the company's focus on implementation strategy to continue profitable growth, diversification of Elcoteq's customer base and expansion of its service offering. The position of vice president of sales and marketing, Elcoteq Americas, was created to speed and meet the challenges of implementing the Americas' strategy. Bill Coker has moved to the position of director of marketing and business development, focusing on service offering expansions, especially related to strategic partnering and business developments such as acquisitions.
"Over the last three years, Elcoteq Americas' sales have increased from 2% to over 20% of total sales for the Elcoteq group through organic growth, expansion of its geographical footprint and acquisition," said Douglas Brenner, president Elcoteq Americas. "During the coming years, profitable growth will require even greater focus and refinement of our service offering tied to implementing initiatives of our global strategy."
