Indium to Highlight Lead-free Materials at SMTA Shows

UTICA, N.Y. — Indium Corp. of America will be exhibiting their lead-free electronic assembly materials at two SMTA shows — the West Penn show on August 5, 2005, in Pittsburgh, Pa., and the Capital show on September 7, 2005, at Johns Hopkins University in Laurel, Mass. The exhibit at each show will feature their latest solder pastes, fluxes, solder fabrications and rework materials. Technical support engineers also will be available to offer assistance and answer questions regarding lead-free assembly implementation at facilities.
