Temperature Monitoring System Ideal for Reflow Ovens
April 6, 2005 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
FRANKLIN, Mass. — The OmniCheck monitoring system, now available from Speedline Technologies, delivers a redundant check on process temperatures and conveyor-belt speed for reflow ovens. The system also provides data tracking and monitoring capabilities of process parameters. Users of the system can individually configure each recipe, creating a one-time setup. Operators also can specify alarms and set points so the system alerts the user if thermocouples (TCs) or redundant conveyor speed exceed process band settings. The monitoring system also includes a process-temperature probe with a TC mounted within each heating and cooling zone. RemoteTech software allows direct access to all OmniExcel systems, maximizing uptime.
