Resistor Arrays Ideal for Many Applications
April 5, 2005 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
MALVERN, Pa. — Targeting applications with high-component density demands and accurate stable performance, the ACAC 0612 precision- and professional-series resistor arrays from Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. feature 25 ppm/K absolute TCR and 15 ppm/K tracking TCR, with tracking TCR of 10 ppm/K available. The professional version features 50 ppm/K absolute TCR, with 25 ppm/K available, while the precision-series arrays have absolute tolerance of 0.25% and matched tolerance of 0.1%. The professional series offers absolute tolerances of 1%.
Measuring 1.6 x 3.2 mm, the arrays offer resistance options from 100-221 Ω and are available with four equal values, four different values or two equal value pairs. Maximum power dissipation is 0.3 W and individual resistors are rated at 0.1 W. Suitable applications include automotive engine control units, climate control, transmission controls and driver safety systems, mobile telecom base stations, medical instruments, precision measuring equipment and high-end audio amplifiers.
