Temperature-control System Available

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. — A temperature-control system from EFD, Inc. designed for use in air-powered benchtop dispensers and automated dispense valves, eliminates temperature fluctuations that cause variations in shot size, viscosity and pot life when dispensing solder pastes, adhesives and other assembly fluids. The ProcessMate 6500 is a compact, stand-alone system that maintains precise temperature control within ±0.25°C, over an operating temperature range of 10° to 40°C for consistent fluid deposits and process control.
