TFI Appoints Director of Client Services

ALAMEDA, Calif. — In response to the growth of its Quarterly Forum for Electronics Manufacturing Outsourcing and Supply Chain, a member-directed community for outsourced electronics manufacturing information, networking and best practices, Technology Forecasters Inc. (TFI) announces the addition of Jennifer Read to its management team.
"Read will be a valuable resource to our Quarterly Forum members, facilitating the event and helping members gain access to TFI reports and data," notes Pamela Gordon, president of the market research firm. "She brings 20 years of experience as an industry analyst, with particular expertise in strategic communications."
Previously, Read served as director of marketing communications for Avnet Electronics Marketing, editing Avnet's Global Supply Chain magazine and Avnet Advantage newsletter. Prior to that, she was a contributing editor for Reed Business' Electronic News, and other industry publications. In addition to managing the TFI Quarterly Forum, she will be responsible for media communications and marketing. Read is based in Phoenix, Ariz.
