Universal Releases New Plus Service Extended Warranty Products
September 29, 2004 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
Binghamton, N.Y. — Universal Instruments Corp. has expanded and enhanced the services of its Optima Plus solution model and reduced the price of extended warranty products. Optima Plus combines Universal's Optima — equipment and software — with Plus — a customer service portfolio that supports the equipment and technology.
The newly released Plus extended warranties have been structured to provide parts and labor coverage for individual machines. Plus warranties are being offered at reduced prices.
"Ongoing cost reduction activities and greater equipment reliability have made it possible for us to offer our Plus service extended warranty products at reduced prices," says Universal spokesperson Robert Lamanna.
