KIC to Exhibit SlimKIC Software for Rework and Batch Ovens at ATE

San Diego — KIC will introduce profiling for rework and other applications at the upcoming Assembly Technology Expo, scheduled for September 26 through 30, 2004, at the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill.
KIC will be exhibiting in Booth 5015.
The SlimKIC 2000 profiler and process development tool has been upgraded to accommodate new applications including rework, batch ovens and high-temperature furnaces. The new applications are built directly into the standard SlimKIC 2000 software and offered to customers at no additional cost.
