Dynatech Technology Names Groves Technical Services Manager

Horsham, Pa. — Dynatech Technology Inc. has named Larry Groves as technical services manager.
He will be responsible for enhancing the proactive customer service and sales support programs the company says it needs to effectively manage the strong current and projected sales to small to medium EMS and OEM shops.
Groves is putting a strong emphasis on implementing a front-end process to equip and set up machines to meet a customer's foreseeable uses for new machines, hoping to eliminate a majority of service issues and support calls by working with the customer at the start of the sales process.
