JPSA Appoints Lusczyk Manager of New EE Group

Hollis, N.H. — J P Sercel Associates (JPSA Laser) announces the appointment of Mike Lusczyk to manager of the company's newly formed Electrical Engineering (EE) Group.
In his new position, Lusczyk and his new group are responsible for the design, BOMs, diagrams and documentation, and other issues related to the building of JPSA laser systems. Other EE group responsibilities include IT, phones, building power and miscellaneous electronics and computer projects. Lusczyk will report directly to Patrick J. Sercel, vice president of technology.Lusczyk graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in electrical engineering specializing in computer systems. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of system-level design and development of automated test systems and specialized assembly equipment, and more than 10 years experience writing Windows and network-based control applications. The Laser Service Group will continue to be responsible for final testing of refurbished lasers, with the new EE Group responsible for delivering working, programmed laser modules to them.JPSA products and services include UV excimer and DPSS laser micro machining systems, UV and VUV laser beam delivery systems, UV laser materials processing, applications development, optical damage testing, and excimer laser refurbishment services.
