Ed Foley Joins Sonoscan as Vice President

Elk Grove Village, Ill. — Sonoscan Inc. announces that Ed Foley has joined the company as vice president, sales and marketing.
Foley has degrees in physics and optics from St. Andrews University (Scotland) and from Reading University (England), as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.
Prior to joining Sonoscan, he was vice president of field operations for Symtx (Austin Texas), and earlier held a number of positions in sales and marketing in Teradyne's Assembly Test division, both in the U.K. and in the U.S., where he was regional sales manager for the Midwest.
At Sonoscan, Foley will assume responsibility for sales and marketing efforts for the company's full line of laboratory and production line acoustic micro imaging systems. He will also oversee sales and marketing of the laboratory services provided by the SonoLab division of Sonoscan.
