Merix Commences Operations at its Wood Village Facility

Forest Grove, Ore. — Merix Corp. has commenced production at its Wood Village facility.

A number of key customers have approved the facility for production of their printed circuit boards (PCB). Manufacturing operations at Wood Village consist of inner layer processing through drilling. Product from the Wood Village facility is currently being delivered to Forest Grove and will contribute to sales in the May 2004 quarter.
