GSI Lumonics Announces Multi-System Laser Trim Order from Analog Devices

Billerica, Mass. — GSI Lumonics Inc. announces the receipt of a multi-system order for WaferTrim M310 systems from Analog Devices Inc.
The systems will be delivered in the first and second quarters of 2004.
