Kenneth Tepper Joins DownStream Technologies

Bolton, Mass. — DownStream Technologies LLC has appointed Kenneth Tepper as principal.
Tepper¹s responsibilities will include overseeing DownStream's research and development and manufacturing organizations, as well some additional day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining DownStream Technologies, Tepper served as engineering director, systems design division at Mentor Graphics. Prior to Mentor, he was CEO of PADS Software Inc. where he guided the company through a successful acquisition by Innoveda Inc. Tepper will continue to serve on DownStream¹s Board of Directors and holds a bachelor of science and mathematics degree.
This appointment reunites Tepper with DownStream co-founders Rick Almeida and Joseph Clark, both of whom he worked with at Mentor Graphics, Innoveda and PADS Software.
