Dingley Appointed Vice President and General Manager, Enthone PWB Chemistry

West Haven, Conn. — Enthone Inc., a Cookson Electronics company, has appointed Mark A. Dingley vice president and general manager, Enthone PWB Chemistry.
In his new role, Dingley will have profit and loss responsibilities for the global PWB chemistry business. He will be directly responsible for increasing and expanding Enthone's revenues and customer base, as well as driving new product development initiatives. Dingley also will work closely with Polyclad Laminates Inc. to foster laminate and chemistry opportunities at key and strategic customers.
Prior to this appointment, Dingley served as general counsel, senior vice president human resources and corporate development for Cookson Electronics. Dingley was active in the reconfiguration of Cookson Group plc's portfolio of companies, and supported the company's focus on its core business of electronics, ceramics and precious metals. Dingley joined Cookson in 1998.
Dingley received his bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1975 and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Cornell Law School in 1978. He received a masters in Taxation from Boston University Law School in 1983 and worked in private law practice prior to joining Cookson.
