CVI Expands Optomechanical Assembly Business

Albuquerque — CVI Laser LLC announces a 50 percent expansion of its optomechanical assembly work force.
In October CVI also completed the construction of an additional Class 1000 clean room assembly area. The new facilities and added employees enable an increase in capacity for CVI's growing optomechanical assembly business.
Serving the semiconductor, biotech, industrial, commercial and research industries, CVI combines precision machining and mechanical design technology with 30 years of optics manufacturing expertise to produce integrated optomechanical assemblies.
Beam delivery systems, focusing and relay lens assemblies, polarization assemblies, etalons, beam expanders and filter assemblies are among the optomechanical assemblies CVI is supplying to industry leaders.
CVI operates manufacturing and sales facilities in California, Connecticut, the United Kingdom and Korea.
