Keith M. Hardwick Appointed Acting President of Advantest America

Santa Clara, Calif. — Advantest America Inc., a subsidiary of Advantest Corp. has appointed financial controller Keith M. Hardwick to acting president, reporting to the Board of Directors.
The appointment follows the resignation of Nick Konidaris, who has been appointed president and chief executive officer of Electro Scientific Industries Inc.
Hardwick joined Advantest America in 1993 and has held increasingly advanced positions in the finance function, most recently as financial controller. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ohio State University.
